Added a "load settings from current dir" by using shift when clicking on Load or Save settings with Shift.

Added an option to load/save print settings from current directory using "shift" click. Handy since spyview generates a .print.set file for each time you make a postscript.

Made install rules for colormaps more "platform compatible" (non-gnu install command does not have -t option so I replaced it with cp -r, may cause problems with debian package? But who uses the linux version anymore...)
